Matthew Wells

CLIENT CARE MANAGER

Matthew joined PCS in 2021 in what is now formally known as the Complaints Department. He is now our Client Care Manager based at our Basildon office.

Matthew has trained in both first tier final responses, Ombudsman complaints, as well as quality assurance/audits to ensure cases meet the standards of both the business and the relevant regulatory bodies. He has experience with complaints investigation, redress calculation, and jurisdiction complaints.

Matthew manages the Client Care Department at PCS Legal, including Gemma Cadby (Assistant) and Daniel Dutu (Assistant).
