About Our Staff

Although we are a firm of Licensed Conveyancers and Probate Practitioners, we also employ Solicitors, and Legal Executives and Associates. Once you have instructed us to act for you, information on your case handler and their qualifications will be detailed to you, together with details of their support staff.

Our practice has two partners, Stuart Forsdike and Katie Forsdike. Stuart is the controlling partner of both Basildon, London and Rayleigh, while Kate controls Ongar, Harlow, and Wickford.

We will forward you our terms and conditions once instructed to act. We will inform you at the outset about the work we will carry out on your behalf, information on the service in general, contact details, a fixed estimate of costs, and also costs relative to additional services.

Our remit is to carry out services relating to all types of Conveyancing and Property Law together with Probate services and Will writing.
