Our staff created the PCS Climate Committee in 2024, who have ensured we:

Recycle in all of our offices
Use eco-friendly cleaning products to reduce the production of single-use plastics
Partner with, and volunteer for, conservation charities to aid biodiversity and protect every home.

Our Climate Partners

Wickford Memorial Park

Local to our offices in Essex, Friends of Wickford Memorial Park protect the park by encouraging wildlife, improving habitats and ensuring a range of plants. We are proud to be one of their partners.

Our employees regularly volunteer at the park with biodiversity activities, including planting trees, gardening and weeding, and building bug boxes. We have also donated two cherry trees to their Reflection Garden.

Essex Wildlife Trust

We are a Platinum Member for The Essex Wildlife Trust, a charity that ensures the protection and management of all wildlife, habitats, and nature in Essex.

The Essex Wildlife Trust shares our dedication to protecting and enhancing the natural world across Essex, preserving habitats for future generations – just as we help families secure homes that will serve them for years to come.

We have employee volunteering days planned for early 2025, contributing to a sustainable future for our communities and natural habitats alike.

Refill Mill

In order to reduce the use of single-use plastics, in our offices we use Miniml cleaning products from a local sustainable lifestyle store, Refill Mill.
