A team of lawyers are in training for a gruelling hike up Ben Nevis to raise money for a disability charity.

Staff at PCS Legal based in High Street, Ongar. are hoping to raise over £4,000 for the Papworth Trust by the September 12 expedition.

The Ben Nevis challenge involves a nine mile trek up the mountain, a 25 mile bike ride and then a canoe circuit around Loch Lochy in the Scottish Highlands.

The Papworth Trust supports over 20,000 disabled people each year with services including employment, housing, care and advice.

PCS Legal Partner Stuart Forsdike said his team are “delighted” to support the charity for the second year running.

He said: “We have been thrilled by the positive impact that supporting Papworth Trust has had on our staff. It has really benefited our team work and our relationships.”
